The purpose of this Agreement is for mutual benefit to assist SPI DIGITAL and the VAR to increase revenues and profits
with minimum restraints, rules, legal documents, and paperwork.
1.This Agreement allows VAR to sell all SPI Digital Services and full solution in behalf of SPI DIGITAL to the Customer.
2. SPI DIGITAL will mention about VAR in SPI DIGITAL.com website with brief information about VAR activities.
VAR may distribute the Service only by selling. VAR agrees not
o distribute the Service by rental, lease, lending, or via Application Service Provider. Use of the Services as an Application Service Provider or similar manner is specifically prohibited
